Meet the Visionary Behind TMNM

Our CEO, Arynn “Miss Lucy” Hall, began her journey into the world of nails when she was just eight years old with acrylic brush in hand—using her friends and family as her first clients. Growing up in Montgomery, AL, she quickly realized that her passion wasn’t just a hobby but a calling.

Relocating to Georgia during a challenging time in her family’s life, Arynn stayed focused on her ambition. Even while facing personal loss, she excelled academically—earning dual-enrolled college credit in high school and joining both the Mu Alpha Theta and SCLA honor societies. Her drive and talent led her to the Elaine Sterling Institute in Atlanta, where she completed its prestigious Nail Technician program in 2017.

Not satisfied with just working behind the nail table, Arynn took a leap in 2019: she became a Nail Instructor, graduating valedictorian from her certification program. That moment marked a major shift — from building her own career to uplifting others.

This dual concept — retail meets education — reflects the heart of TMNM: giving artists the tools they need and teaching them how to use those tools to build real success.
