• TMNM Nail Supply reserves the right to cancel item(s) within an order due to unforeseen supply issues. If this happens, you will be contacted via email with any changes made to your order. Please let us know if you'd like to replace the item(s) with a similar product and we'll check what's in stock to fill your order. Any item(s) unfulfilled will be refunded back to the original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for refunds to be processed. 

• After 14 days, warranty service (if applicable), is provided by the original manufacturer.

• UNUSED apparel such as T-Shirts, Bags, Joggers, Aprons, etc., must be returned in the original packaging with all tags/labels still attached! Any returns made without the original packaging included, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

• ALL packages are shipped via USPS. Once orders are shipped, tracking information is provided to the email address listed at the time that your online order was placed. 

• Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for processing & handling to be completed. Once this process has been completed, your order will be shipped. For orders containing custom press-on sets, please allow 5 to 7 business days for set completion and shipping. 

• Shipping rates are estimated based on weight/size of the item(s) being shipped. Expedited shipping must be added during the time that your order is placed, and is available at an additional service rate. 

• The turnaround time for ALL custom press-on orders is 1½ to 2 weeks. **Turnaround times can be longer than expected around holidays! Please place your order within a timely manner.** If you would like to place a RUSH ORDER, please email us at Info@TMNMNailSupply.com and use 'Press-On Order' in the subject field. An additional service fee of $12.50 per set, will be assessed and added on for expedited orders! 

• When placing an order for ANY Sets of 10 Press-Ons, if you're unsure of your exact nail sizes, please request a Sample Sizing Service (locally) or a Sample Sizing Kit (shipped via USPS). **It is recommended to utilize TMNM's sizing kit to ensure the best fit of your nails.** If you DID NOT utilize the TMNM sample sizing kit, but would like to order a set as soon as possible, please consider our Sets of 20 Nails, which include 2 of each size.

• The Melanin Nail Mogul's press-on nails are made with acrylic and reusable with proper care and maintenance! Nails can be worn for up to 3+ weeks, with following application steps thoroughly! 

• We can only guarantee accuracy with sizing, when a TMNM Sample Sizing Service or Kit has been used! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCORRECT SIZING PROVIDED OUTSIDE OF TMNM'S SAMPLE SIZING SERVICE! 

• ALL Press-On Orders include an Application Kit with a Manicure File, Buffer, Cuticle Pusher, Prep Pad, Nail Glue and Instructions for how to apply your set!
